Thanks to advancements in fitness and medicine, there are numerous ways to stay healthy today.

Taking vitamins and supplements, exercising, and maintaining a nutritious diet are all excellent methods. Another strategy to get rid of poisons from our bodies and brains is to distance ourselves healthily.

An epidemic that halted the world a few years ago gave rise to the concept of social remoteness.

According to a similar idea, we occasionally need to keep our distance from what may be a mind virus that is more advanced than any known biological illness.

Giving ourselves space from those who don’t intend well for us is perfectly acceptable.

The words of self-hatred we must absorb from others leave us with a sour taste in our mouths, and misery is contagious and weakens our immune system to become bitter.
