According to a survey conducted before the epidemic, 67% of Americans prioritized the needs of others over their own, and they even felt terrible when they did take time for themselves. However, 68% of those surveyed said they wished they had given themselves more time.

No matter what stands in our way, self-care must be a regular part of our lives. Who would want to avoid maintaining a work-life balance with some personal time after long hours? Work-life balance and self-care go hand in hand.
